The following terms and conditions apply to projects undertaken by The Core Tech Team
Revisions are contingent on the package select. Clients can approach us for unlimited free amendments and we will revise their design with no extra charges, given that the design and concept remain intact. Revision turnaround time will be 48 hours.
At The Core Tech Team, we value transparency and fairness in all our services. Please read this refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Any funds deposited are non-refundable once the initial design concepts are delivered and approved, or if revisions or changes are requested, unless The Core Tech Team cancels or terminates the contract for reasons other than the client’s breach or non-performance.
Once a project enters the revision phase, the refund offer becomes void.
No refunds will be issued after final files have been delivered.
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial design delivery and are subject to the following conditions:
If a refund request is made before the initial design concepts are delivered, the client is eligible for a full refund minus 10% administrative and processing fees.
Within 48 hours:
Eligible for a 66% refund (minus 10% administrative & processing fee).
Within 48–96 hours:
Eligible for a 33% refund (minus 10% administrative & processing fee).
After 96 hours:
No refund request will be entertained.
No refund requests will be accepted after 30 days under any circumstances.
No refund request will be entertained if the client remains inactive or unresponsive for 5 working days at any stage of the project.
No refund will be issued if the client fails to respond or provide feedback for 7 working days. Restarting the project may require an additional fee depending on the scope.
For website packages, no refund will be issued once:
For custom or bundled services, refunds follow the same policy as individual services.
Example: If a logo and website bundle is ordered and the logo is approved, only the website portion may be eligible for a refund if requested before its initial design phase.
All refund requests must include a valid reason aligned with the original project brief.
If the work meets the agreed-upon brief, refunds will not be approved; however, additional revisions will be provided to ensure client satisfaction.
The Core Tech Team reserves the sole right to approve or reject any refund request on a case-by-case basis.
Both parties agree not to publicly criticize, defame, or harm the reputation of each other or their employees, partners, or associates on any platform during or after the contract period.
In case of breach, the non-breaching party reserves the right to claim reasonable compensation.
The Money-Back Guarantee applies only in good-faith situations.
If a client places identical design orders with multiple agencies with the intention of claiming refunds, The Core Tech Team reserves the right to deny the refund.
Once a refund is issued:
The Core Tech Team may share relevant copyright data with official agencies to prevent reuse.
If a design is proven to be substantially similar to an existing design, the client qualifies for a replacement design, not a refund.
Copyright registration is the client’s responsibility.
